Studio 6 St. George Terms and Conditions

RESPECT FOR THE SPACE AND OTHERS:

All renters and their guests are required to treat the studio (referred to as Studio 6 St. George) with respect and care. This includes handling all equipment and furnishings with care and ensuring the space is left in a clean and orderly condition after use.

Renters and their guests are prohibited from entering the downstairs area.

Please be mindful of noise levels to avoid disturbing neighboring businesses during business hours.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES:

Alcohol, tobacco, drugs, and vaping are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Tattooing and piercing are not permitted in the studio.

Burning of candles, incense, smudge sticks, or water vapor diffusers is prohibited.

Pasting, nailing, or posting anything on the walls is prohibited.

Creation and/or engagement in sexually explicit content or activities is prohibited.

Renters found violating these prohibited activities will be subject to a $500 fine.

RENTERS WITH MINOR CHILDREN AS CLIENTS OR GUESTS:

Minors may participate in activities at the studio if they have written permission from a guardian or parent and/or are accompanied by an adult. You must provide management with a copy of the signed permission slips.

Children are not allowed to roam or explore the space. If your clients or guests bring children, you (the renter) assume sole and total responsibility for any child’s health and safety.

RENTAL DURATION AND BOOKING:

Extra time for set-up and break-down is not included in your reservation. If you need more time, you must reserve the “add-on” at the time of your booking.

Upon your payment, your booking will be confirmed with a call.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS:

Full payment is due at the time of booking.

If bookings are canceled within 24 hours of complete confirmation, you will receive a full refund, less a 5% service fee. Cancellations made after 24 hours will be credited for time. You must also confirm your cancellation with management via text, email, or phone call to receive your credit.

USE OF SPACE AND DAMAGES:

Studio 6 St. George, classified as 344 E. Sunland Dr., St. George, Utah Suite ‘6A’, may be used for private or small group lessons, seminars, and workshops.

The renter is responsible for any damage to the studio or its equipment and will be liable for repair or replacement costs caused by either you (the renter) or your guests and clients. Please leave the studio in the same condition you found it.

LIABILITY AND INSURANCE:

Studio 6 St. George, LLC, (referred to as Studio 6 St. George) is not responsible for the loss of any renter or their guests’ personal property. Studio 6 St. George is not responsible for any personal injury or death caused by or during a renter’s activities. Renters are required to hold their own business and liability insurance. Proof of insurance must be made available upon request by management.

By agreeing to the “Terms and Conditions,” you acknowledge that you, as the renter, take sole responsibility for your clients and guests, health and safety, personal property brought into the space, and any damage done to Studio 6 St. George.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL AND TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT:

Studio 6 St. George reserves the right to terminate any rental agreement and prohibit anyone from entering the studio if any terms and conditions are violated. Violations will not receive a refund or credit for time.

Studio 6 St. George reserves the right to disallow any activity and/or renter from either renting or entering the studio space.
